Our biggest growth area is undoubtedly our End User Communication service. One of the most labour intensive parts of any ecommerce business is the volume of enquiries you receive from end users. The vast majority of these (often over 90%) can be answered via online Knowledgebase systems. However, in practice many visitors simply don't bother looking through online help pages and instead prefer to send an email. Repeatedly answering the same questions is an incredibly expensive way to manage your labour resources. Our service takes over this responsibility. We answer all your emails as a first level support team. Any questions we cannot answer are then forwarded to you. We charge a nominal monthly fee (based on volume of emails). This allows you to get on with what you are good at... selling. | ||||||||||||
