Billing queries
If you have recently been billed for an online transaction and have ONLINE SERVICES GROUP (or sales@giftdropship.co.uk) listed as the supplier, the chances are that you have purchased a product, service or a subscription / membership on one of our many B2B websites that we manage on behalf of our clients.

If you do not recall making such a transaction, please raise a support ticket and provide the following information:

1. Your contact details (email address is very important)

3. In case of Paypal: Paypal email address/ID

2. Date & amount of transaction

4. In case of Credit Card, Debt Card: Full card no.

 

Once we have this information, we'll get back to you within 48hrs or sooner with full details of which of our sites you have used.

Important note: In order not to upset your supply chain since the likelihood is that the transaction is genuine and you have simply forgotten you made the purchase, please do not raise any payment disputes with the provider (Paypal, Card issuer etc) until we have replied to your query.
